Download the IRA Account Application and Investment Authorization form. You may complete the application online by typing in all necessary information or, if you prefer, you may print a hard copy and fill out all necessary information by hand. With either method, your signature is required.
The account application must be completed in full, printed, signed, dated and mailed to the address provided on the form. Please retain a copy of the completed paperwork for your files.
IMPORTANT: If you are transferring an existing account to your Lightstone IRA, you must also complete the Self-Directed Transfer form included in the Trust Company of America application.
IMPORTANT: If your initial investment is the Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, you must also complete the Lightstone Subscription Agreement.
